What is Edge?
Edge is a trio of education and commerce professionals working together to develop and deliver issues-specific and individually tailored training for education practicioners and organisations.

Training for Education Professionals
Edge train, teach and coach leaders and leadership teams in schools. We help teachers understand what good leadership looks like in my school, with my challenges, now.
We offer schools a full professional development service. This includes leadership training and coaching for head teachers and senior staff, and management training. We do it for individuals, teams and management groups. We are particularly alive to the leadership and management challenges within federated schools.
Edge are the antidote to the ‘off-the-shelf’, ‘tick-box’ kind of training we’ve all experienced...
Edge know that school life is demanding, complex, and full of competing priorities. We can help you because, between us, we have run schools, been inspectors, consulted to schools, and coached leaders and management teams inside and outside education. We are also experienced in helping schools live out their mission and values.
We run workshops and in-school training, including inset days. We are the antidote to the ‘off-the-shelf’, ‘tick-box’ kind of training we’ve all experienced.
Edge is fast, focused and effective. We are the SAS to the ‘big battalions’ of other training providers.
